Thats what seems to be what just happened. Most people, when you ask them if they believe in destiny or fate, they reply no. However, they are not really thinking before they answer. In fact, everything happens for a reason. There are no accidents. What you take away from things that happen to you in life is where the real value in life is. The chance to learn from mistakes that you and others make is valuable.
Before I get into that though, its been a week since I returned from Germany. I was there for 15 days and had an awesome time. I truly enjoy being there. It is a lovely countryside area and very relaxing. We spent time going to the lake, spent time with her family and friends, saw one of her good friends get married, and even went paragliding (sort of). I could have spent months over there, I just cant wait to speak better German and be able to talk to everyone over there better. That is frustrating, but its my fault for the lack of German I know. I should be better by now. I can get lazy at times, and not want to do it. I will have to, but im not going to do it because I have to, but because I want to. I had to return back here though, because I had to go back to work :( Thats the way things go. I did return alone, as Sarah decided it was best to stay for a few weeks extra. I had a difficult time accepting that and eventually came to understand that it was actually for the best. Little did I know how "for the best" it would be.
Her mom has been battling stones in her gallbladder for a couple months and they got bad tuesday night. She took some pain pills and she was able to get some sleep. Last night was not the same, as she had to go to the ER. This was only because Sarah was there to take her. Her grandma and grandpa were off in Hungary on a week long cruise, and not at all able to help. Sarah talked her into going to the ER first of all. She can be stubborn, and didnt want to go initially. Good thing they went. She had an infection and is going to be in the hospital until at least Sunday, that is if they dont have to operate. Good thing Sarah was there, or who knows what would have or wouldnt have happened. Sometimes you just dont wanna think about what might have been, that is had Sarah returned with me 8 days ago. Makes ya think, doesnt it. How often do things like this happen, and you pass them off as luck or coincidence or something else. Well, heres to hoping that Gabi gets better and is home safe and healthy soon. Hab dich lieb meine Schweigermutter!
Cant wait till Sept 26th btw. Thats when Sarah comes back home!!!!!!!
Ich Liebe Dich So Sehr Mein Schatz!!! Kuss Kuss
