Another year...

Well, I guess it's time to be another year older...I just turned 31! It seems like these years are starting to flow by like water in a river. It doesn't seem that long ago that I was worrying about leaving my 20's. There have been a lot of changes in our lives this past year...more than most in the past. I have changed jobs, well I had just started this time last year. I have been pretty successful and wish to continue that like never before. This is the year when I start being financially independent of anyone and freedom will come! I can not live another year worrying every month about this and that. Things have gotten a lot better, but they aren't quite where we want them. It took me a little while to get back in the swing of things at the insurance, since I had really taken about two years off, the last year of my indy gig wasn't anywhere near full time. So, now that I am fully revved up and ready to go, I need to start making my name known and my income greater. I want to be a homeowner at 32 and not renting. That is a lofty goal, and I will achieve it. All with the help of my loving wife, we will get to where we want to be. All the best hopes and dreams come from a "new beginning" and each year is a chance for that new beginning....I am going to take my chance and make the most of it.
